Tinext's Next-Day delivery Service is the intra-city recovery and delivery of packages. With Next-Day Delivery, the packages are recovered at their pick-up point on the first day and delivered to their destination on the following day. Same-Day delivery is a door-to-door service that saves time and costs involved in the process for both the sender and the recipient. The sender can submit their request via contacting the closest Tipax branch office, using the MyTipax application, or simply calling the company's support team. It should be noted that the information regarding the closest Tipax office branch is freely available on the website as well. After the intra-city delivery request has been submitted, a Tipax carrier is sent to the pick-up location to recover the goods from the sender. The package will be opened in the presence of the sender in order to check and verify the contents in accordance with the laws and regulations in place. Admissible packages include those whose recovery or delivery is not outlawed or restricted either by the law in the Islamic Republic of Iran or company rules and regulations. Inadmissible packages are those whose recovery or delivery has been outlawed or restricted either by the Islamic Republic of Iran law or Tipax rules and regulations; the list of inadmissible goods is available on the Tipax website. After the contents of the package have been verified, the sender and the package's information is then uploaded on the company's application, and a receipt is issued to the sender. The package is then processed and delivered to the receiver. Tipax's Next-Day delivery service is available for all natural and juridical clients; the clients can choose Tipax to deliver their intra-city packages with peace of mind. Tipax's intra-city delivery service provides both the sender and the receiver with a parcel tracking code which they can use to track the delivery process via the tracking section of the website. Given the essential role that the manner of packaging plays in the delivery process, Tipax provides packaging to its Next-Day Delivery service. Thus, the client is able to request packaging for their parcel. Given the many variables involved in the intra-city delivery process, including the weight, the stated value of the package, as well as the distance and other special services (if applicable), the delivery fee is calculated upon review of each package and is not fixed. In line with the company's programs in achieving customer satisfaction and protecting its clients` property, all parcels are insured with an insured value ranging from 100.000 IRR to 30 million IRR; thus, in case of any damage or loss, the client will be recompensated for accordingly.
