Compensation

Tipax, with over 61 years of experience, offers compensation services to all its clients who have received damaged packages. Thus, based on Tipax policy, in case of any damaged or lost packages, the client will be recompensated according to the package's estimated value; the compensation amount varies from 100 thousand to 30 million tomans (50 million for organizational clients with contracts).

SMS Notifications

Tipax provides an SMS notification service that notifies both the shipper and the recipient of the package's status, all for our clients' ease of mind. The service allows both parties to remain in the know and track their package's development by receiving notifications upon shipping or delivery.


Packaging

To safeguard our clients` property and facilitate the delivery process, Tipax provides a packaging service. This service offers the client the option to opt for a Tipax packaging of their items, thus ensuring safe arrival.

Postpaid ; an alternative payment method for transfer fees For the sake of customer satisfaction, Tipax offers post-delivery fee payment. The service allows the shipper to ship its package without paying the delivery fee; this payment falls on the recipient upon delivery of the package.

Tipax provides an online tracking system for its clients to track their packages throughout its delivery process. The service allows both the shipper and the recipient to track their package by going to Tipax's website and entering their package's tracking code.
