Postpaid service for payment of transfer fees، A financial option that allows clients to pay for their Tipax services.

The service is offered in the two following forms:

  • Postpaid: based on the shipper's request, all service fees (transit, packaging, etc.) fall on the recipient; they will be asked to pay the full fee upon delivery.
  • Cash-Partial based on the shipper's request, the delivery fee is partially paid for by the shipper, the recipient will be asked to pay the remaining fee upon delivery.

Postpaid is optional, and if the shipper wishes to use the service, the delivery fee will be added to their final bill. 

Note: the responsibility of arranging an agreement between the shipper and the recipient in regard to the Postpaid service falls upon the shipper.

  • Question:
    • What are the important cases prior to delivery of goods?
  • Answer:
    • Packing and content of parcel should be in compliance with rules and standards of transportation. In addition, sender is responsible for packing which should be health and free from any damages.
  • Question:
    • Is it necessary to pay separate costs for packing?
  • Answer:
    • Yes. TIPAX Agent may perform the packing for customer if requested.
  • Question:
    • Whether the packing is made in Door?
  • Answer:
    • No. TIPAX agent will receive the parcel in door and makes packing at agent office.
  • Question:
    • Where may I find TIPAX cartons?
  • Answer:
    • They are available at TIPAX representatives. They will make required packings for customers.
  • Question:
    • Is it possible to have packing demand Registration through MY-TIPAX application?
  • Answer:
    • Yes. At the time of order registration, you may select the option of packing and pay the costs for this purpose.
