In this service, packages are moved by truck or Tipax vans and reach the destination. Delivery time varies from one to five working days, with city-to-city shipments taking up the most time. From the time the order is registered until it reaches the recipient, it is possible to track the package through the Tipax website. In this way, after registering the order, the tracking code is sent to the sender and receiver, and thus, each of these people can be informed of the status of the package by entering their tracking code in the tracking section of the Tipax website.
Due to the importance of proper packaging for shipments, Tipax has also provided the possibility of packaging for its customers. Therefore, the customer can request a package if he wishes. The cost of sending packages in this method is calculated and is not fixed by considering the weight of the package, distance of origin and destination, value of cargo and value-added services. In order to satisfy customers and also to protect their assets, all packages are insured up to a limit of 100 million Rials and in case of damage to permitted shipments, the amount determined for the damage will be compensated. In case of damage, customers can call Tipax and register their follow-up request.
